Action for Nepal wishes to improve its project development and management skills with specific focus on needs assessment, project monitoring, and multi-project management.

The Chief Executive seeks a mentor who will accompany him as he seeks to take Action for Nepal to the next level. Issues to be investigated include leadership skills, effective communciations and human resource management.
Fundraising - 4-6 hours over 6 weeks
Lead the development of a multi-faceted and holistic fundraising strategy in a collaborative hand-on manner enabling the Action for Nepal Team to 'learn-by-doing'.

Action for Nepal (AF Nepal) is working to support the development of remote communities through the improvement of health, education and empowering locals to sustain themselves. We work with adults and children in remote communities to help them to identify and achieve their goals through improvement in health and education.
We are currently working in three remote districts of Nepal in partnership with communities who are willing to help themselves and are committed to change. Action for Nepal supports these communities with safe infrastructure for schools and health posts, health literacy, quality education, scholarships, teacher training, capacity building, access to clean drinking water and the provision of sanitary toilets.
We seek to actively engage our donors and supporters to encourage them to gain a deeper understanding of our work and become involved as active stakeholders, rather than passive contributors. We work very closely with our partner on the ground to maintain our project. There needs are our priorities. Our reputation for sound ﬁnancial management and good governance is the utmost important. Respect to our community partners lies in the heart of our organisation.
